What this role is:

This is a general role to provide strategic and tactical guidance and support in all HR matters and support the business in the respective countries. Reporting to the VP Human Resources EMEA, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing programs and initiatives that support our transformation and create a world-class people experience throughout the whole employee life cycle.

We are looking for a thoughtful HR Manager with a growth mindset who works directly and hands-on to implement workforce strategies, ensuring engagement, all while navigating scale for an agile, quickly evolving, and matrixed Cloud company.

 

What you should bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of relevant and broad HR experience as an HR manager or HRBP serving multiple countries, especially Germany, Netherlands, and preferably Belgium, ideally within the IT industry
  • Fluent in English and German; Dutch would be a strong asset
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and to provide guidance
  • A passion for good customer experience
  • Cultural savviness in working and communicating with different cultures
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies and HR initiatives
  • Excellent organizational re-design and change management experience
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • A love for teamwork and collaboration
