Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance Process Excellence, the Sr. Manager, Finance Process Excellence, will assist in driving toward achieving world-class processes for the Chief Accounting Officer’s organization focusing on process excellence, championing innovations, and developing and tracking key metrics and compliance.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the development of a process excellence team that supports continuous process improvement and becomes an innovation center of excellence
  • Champion innovation, encouraging and driving the use of automation
  • Assess current-state processes to identify gaps and opportunities to increase overall performance and gain operational efficiencies
  • Lead the identification, documentation, and delivery of both near-term process improvements and longer-term process redesigns or transformations
  • Research, develop and implement related best practices and control assessments
  • Develop, track and report key performance metrics
  • Partner with stakeholders and the process excellence team to prioritize and lead the execution of improvement projects, in coordination with overarching strategic initiatives
  • Track compliance with various reporting or policy requirements
  • Prepare and present status updates for the various improvement projects in process
  • Attract, develop and retain talent that is focused on high-quality output and a growth mindset
  • Provide coaching, feedback and support the people development
  • Lead significant change in a fast-paced environment


  • Proven leader with 5-8 years of experience leading and delivering business change
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt and other process improvement methodology experience preferred)
  • Ability to establish strategy, understand interdependencies and drive execution
  • Experience leading a team; Ability to mentor, coach and grow people
  • Highly collaborative; Ability to effectively partner across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to be agile; Comfortable leading change and continuous improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional groups and influence without authority
  • Must have excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
