We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquition Manager to be based in India. Our Talent Acquisition Team builds our success by identifying extraordinary people that can share our vision to to build on our existing competitive advantage. In this role you’ll find yourself partnering directly with senior key stakeholders across the organisation, supporting their recruitment needs by managing key strategic hires that alingn to Genesys’ core values. You will be responsible for developing and driving our recruiting strategy across India and working closely with the existing team to help improve processes and identify new sourcing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor team of Talent Partners to meet the needs of our ambitious hiring plans across multiple functions and locations within India.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers on all aspects of the hiring process.
  • Be accountable for overall team goals.
  • Measure and cascade recruiting reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence, and make decisions informed by data.
  • Advocate Genesys’s passion for inclusion and diversity initiatives, and continue to grow our company as an inclusive, special place.
  • Help ensure the team is structured and aligned to adequately meet the business changing priorities.
  • Developing measurement and feedback mechanisms to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of Talent Acquisition plans, programs, processes, and tools
  • Hands on recruiting efforts in attracting talent.


Key Skills And Competencies

  • Strong experience in a leadership role in Talent acquisition function with exposure to managing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, strong negotiation skills, high ownership & result orientation
  • Ability to build relationships & influence stakeholders, with emphasis on establishing trust through proactive solutioning, delivery against commitments, and honest, transparent communication
  • Leading by example as an ambassador for the team & organisation with a clear focus on ethics, diversity, open communication, teamwork, and values that showcase & promote the employer brand and employee value proposition
  • Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing
  • Experience building inclusive and diverse teams.
  • Understanding the concept of running a recruitment function by designing, building and implementing more productive ways of attracting talent.


What We Look For In You 

  • 10+ years of Recruiting experience, preferably in Technology industry or organization.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing difficult to attract candidates.
  • Track record of building and coaching high performing recruiting teams.
  • Proven data guided approach to decision making.
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively.



Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Genesys. We continue to experience rapid growth during the Covid-19 pandemic and are conducting remote hiring and onboarding processes. All hiring and onboarding processes are being conducted remotely at this time. We utilize Zoom video meetings and phone calls during the interview process. We will be working remotely through at least December 31, 2021, in most locations, and we are re-evaluating the opening date of all the Genesys offices on an ongoing basis.
