Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Finance Process Excellence, the Sr. Process Analyst will assist in driving toward achieving world-class processes for the Chief Accounting Officer’s organization focusing on process excellence, championing innovations, and developing and tracking key metrics and compliance.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

Use analytical methods and a variety of tools to understand, predict, improve and/or control operations and processes
Responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support management
Assist in the improvement of existing processes, design, reduce cost, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and develop best practices within processes
Develop business case inputs to drive prioritization processes and assess financial impact of initiatives
Develop, track and report key performance metrics
Prepare and present status updates for the various improvement projects in process
Manage and lead projects from planning to closeout, honoring project commitments for timeliness, quality, budget and business success.


Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement or business analytics (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred)
Effective, strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional groups and influence without authority
Must have excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
