What this role is:

If you think there is always room for improvement, this is the perfect role for you. In this role, you will work together with all the HR functions to simplify and streamline our HR processes to create an agile infrastructure. You will work across geographies to identify opportunities and align commonalities, suggest ways to simplify and define best practices. You will lead global projects and initiatives to reinforce HR operational excellence and will participate in change management efforts to ensure our Policy & Process practice is set up as a service to the overall HR department. You will design, update and ensure the integrity of our global HR Knowledgebase and will champion a process-oriented culture.

 

What this role isn’t:

This role is not an administrative role, this is a builder role. This is not about documents but is about creating opportunities for the global HR team to deliver an outstanding level of service. This is not a role where you will be limiting HR capabilities, but you will be building them. You will drive initiatives, make suggestions, and collaborate with stakeholders as you help ensure our compliance program is proactively providing a service to the overall HR team and protecting the business. 

  

What you’ll bring to the table:

You are a team player with a global mindset. You have experience analyzing, simplifying, and building agile processes and workflows. You know HR best practices and are up to date with the latest trends. You have a background in consulting and have a bias for efficiency and operational excellence. You have experience working on projects involving employee experience improvement or DE&I initiatives.

 

You will bring with you a growth mindset, operational excellence and a goal of continuous improvement. You will have a background in consulting and project management. You will bring best practices which you will use to help facilitate change management and you will help educate our teams about our proactive approach to compliance. 


Some details about what you will do:

  • Lead People, Policy, and Process projects. You must be a team player with a global mindset, you’ll work across different functions and geographies to help review and streamline existing processes. 
  • Coordinate with two or more HR functions in the creation of workflows including workflows that interact with our HRIS.
  • Design and maintain the integrity of an HR knowledge database
  • Coordinate with two or more HR functions to create and keep updated the content database of a chatbot solution
  • Create and keep updated an HR playbook
  • Act as the single point of contact when project managing projects while partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors and consultants

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior experience creating and improving processes
  • Well versed in best practices and latest trends
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Prior consulting experience required
  • Agile or PM Certification preferred
