We are hiring an experienced Marketing Recruiter to our Talent Acquisition Team on our go-to-market pod. The Talent Partner will work closely with the Marketing  and Sales teams to hire top talent in a fast-paced and growing technical organization. 

The Talent Acquisition Partner will have excellent knowledge of recruiting within cloud and/or technology companies and sourcing diverse talent. The individual must focus on working as a team to ensure the go-to-market team works together and supports hiring in sales, sales operations, marketing, lead generation, professional services, and customer success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follows established service levels to maintain exceptional client service, meet the needs of hiring teams and create a best-in-class candidate experience for all future hires.

  • Uses the latest recruiting methods/technologies to ensure a strong pipeline for open and future positions.

  • Manages the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with guidelines in addition to negotiating salaries and presenting job offers to candidates.

  • Be present at events to support hiring goals.

  • Understand hiring profiles within technology/digital environment.

  • Responsible for souring passive talent and qualifying those candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews. Presenting top profiles for all jobs.

  • Work closely with D E & I team to ensure Genesys continues to hire strong diversity for all departments.

  • Maintain business relationships with hiring managers through continuous written and oral communication to inform managers about candidates in the pipeline and identify hiring needs that are forecasted.

Minimum Requirements (technical and soft skills):

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.

  • Highly driven individual with experience hiring the best and providing qualified and diverse candidates.

  • Minimum of 3 years working for an enterprise level technology company recruiting go-to-market talent.

  • Proven experience educating, supporting, and influencing hiring managers regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing, and selection. 

  • Demonstrated experience in providing clear and professional written and verbal communication.  

  • A strong social media presence and the ability to create and drive social engagement.

  • Ability to work independently, manage confidential data, and be resourceful. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree a plus.

Work Context:

  • Ability to travel to local events.

  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
