Position:   Sr. Financial Analyst – FP&A    
Location:  Manila, Philippines
 
 
Summary of the Position:
 

The Sr. Technical Financial Analyst on the Corporate FP&A team will prepare periodic financial and operating reports for finance users and perform routine application maintenance to maintain the integrity of the company’s EPM system.  This role will also be a primary point of contact for Purchasing Approval Matrix maintenance and EPM (Oracle ePBCS) application end user support.

 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare periodic (weekly, monthly) and ad hoc financial and operating reports, including global headcount and T&E reporting.
  • Review requests to update the Purchase Approval Matrix and coordinate approved updates with IT.
  • Review requests to update cost centers in Master Data Management (MDM) system.
  • Perform daily and weekly maintenance in EPM (Oracle EPBCS) to keep the system in optimal working conditions.
  • Develop and maintain reports in EPM tool (Oracle EPBCS).
  • Reconcile, validate, and ensure consistency of data from different sources.
  • Enrich revenue data with accurate customer and country information.
  • Drive continuous process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities through automation, system enhancements, data quality, consolidation, and quality improvement.
  • Assist in consolidating forecasts, budgets, analyses, and reports. 
 

Desirable Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • MBA preferred (or equivalent qualification)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Superior attention to detail and quality
  • Strong computer skills - high level of proficiency in Excel; proficient in business intelligence, planning, ERP, reporting systems, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with Oracle EPM (EPBCS or Hyperion Planning) and NetSuite preferred.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately to meet tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across an organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
