What the role is

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is talent professional that is viewed as a partner and has strong knowledge of their talent segment. In this role, you will be focused on internal customer satisfaction by building strong business relationships and driving a top candidate experience. You will work closely to execute strong hiring plans and follow a process that attracts and hires top talent to take Genesys to the next level.

What you’ll bring to the table

You are keen on working in an international environment, consulting with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners and Finance Business Partners to understand hiring objectives and execute proactive recruiting strategies to accomplish complex hiring initiatives. You will be functioning

as the expert voice adding value throughout the process and with knowledge on  where to search and identify passive talent. You can take advantage of your prior experiences to be fluent on profiles, competitors and technology industry. 

Some details about what you will do

  • Responsible for the execution of sourcing strategies with the ability to work in multiple business units as a strong and highly-valued partner.  
  • Be prepared for the future by pipelining talent, utilizing evergreen requisitions and reaching out to passive talent. Interact with Hiring Managers a regular basis keeping them informed on progress and challenges. 
  • Meet established service levels (SLA’s) to maintain excellent client value add and demonstrates strong recruiting standards and methods. 
  • Create a best-in-class candidate experience with high candidate survey results and positive hiring team feedback.  
  • Provides guidance and support on refining job descriptions to target and hire accurate profiles. 
  • Collaborate easily with HR/Finance Business Partners and Regional Talent Leads to provide information on the market trends and salaries.
  • Build active & passive candidate pipelines by using a variety of social sources. Work proactively with a passion for making strong hires and pulling talent over the line.  
  • Identify and qualify candidates via phone screens, video and in-person interviews. Summarizes interview feedback with a professional submittal and recommend next steps for candidates. Provide a strong pool of highly-qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Encourages employee referrals. 
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers to fully understand each and every vacancy in detail.
  • Understands the power of socializing jobs and working to engage hiring teams in spreading the work and added value to the process. 
  • Recognize Taleo as our system of record and ensures it is used daily to follow all talent activity. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 6+ years of experience in technology with experience sourcing and recruiting highly passive candidates.  
  • Viewed as a strong partner by the Business Leaders.  
  • Proven experience educating, supporting and influencing hiring managers regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing and selection. 
  • Strong presence on LinkedIn and various social media sites. 
  • Excellent SLA results with supporting data that demonstrates strong funnels and owning your desk. 
  • Established in the market and talent segments with a track record of attending local events and community-based networking events.  
  • Solid experience using prior Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), complying with EEO processes and maintaining complete candidate tracking information. 
  • Passionate about building diverse teams. 
  • Diplomacy and confidentiality are a must.  
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing situations. Demonstrates they are agile and can adapt to changing business priorities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the business.  
  • Ability to handle high volume and diverse requisition load in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Ability to discuss hiring activity utilizing ATS reports and sharing progress at any moment.
