Job Title:  Technical HCM Analyst

Location:  Chennai

This position is technical role to support and enhance Oracle Fusion (HCM) and Taleo applications at Genesys. This role will be the trusted resource for technical design, implementation of technical solution, testing & documentation. 


  • Doing configurations like technical setups, fast formulas, personalization, and reports in Oracle system.
  • Responsible for technical designs of different HCM & Taleo processes.
  • Documenting technical designs configurations.
  • Work with business users to prepare data for conversion (HDL and TCC) and do the data uploads in Oracle HCM and Taleo.
  • Support Oracle HCM & Taleo production issues and will be responsible for any future technical enhancements.
  • Writing complex SQL queries to build custom reports out of Oracle HCM.
  • Support custom Integration between Taleo and HCM as well as other third-party integrations
  • Should be hands on with HCM OTBI, Dashboards and Taleo OBI reports.
  • Scrum Master certification preferred


  • Minimum 4-6 years of IT experience, mostly working with HR & Recruiting applications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience with Oracle Fusion (HCM) & Taleo
  • Proven ability to work with application users.
  • Experience with technical components of the applications like Personalization, Fast Formula, SQLs, integrations, OTBI reports etc.
  • Familiar with functional aspects of different HR & Recruiting modules – Core HR, Absence management, Time & Labor, Compensation & Recruiting
  • Should have worked with different teams in the IT organization
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, XML is preferred
