Genesys University Technical Instructors deliver technical training to all levels of Genesys customers, partners and employees.  Instructors provide product  expertise to support the development and maintenance of course materials and subject matter.



  • Deliver technical courses for customer, partners or internal audiences

  • Work with our Virtual Lab environment, classroom images in VMware.

  • Keep abreast of product development to maintain subject matter expertise for our rapidly-evolving product line.

  • Assist the GU Product Team with content updates and development activities as needed

  • Maintain an average training utilization of 70% in class time.



  • Candidates must have a strong technical aptitude and capable of learning complex product solutions

  • Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver training to a wide variety of audiences

  • Has the ability to absorb product specific training material designed to support of training delivery

  • Highly capable of working effectively as part of a team or as an individual contributor

  • Must be self-reliant and able to troubleshoot problem situations

  • Experience with Contact Center and or Cloud technologies is a strong plus

  • Able to travel up to 35%. Travel can be both domestic and international
