Technical Instructor

A Technical Instructor delivers basic, intermediate, and advanced technical training courses on behalf of Beyond to all levels of Genesys customers and partners. In addition to delivering through a virtual platform, there is potential domestic and international travel to Genesys approved locations or customer specific sites. Instructors may also provide product expertise to support the development and maintenance of course materials.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical courses for customers, partners, and internal audiences
  • Work with our virtual lab environment
  • Keep abreast of product development to maintain subject matter expertise for our rapidly evolving product line
  • Assist the GU Product Team with content updates and development activities as needed
  • Achieve and maintain certifications for courses to be delivered
  • Maintain Beyond standards for delivery best practices
  • Quickly ramp-up on new courses as needed
  • Be “on podium” multiple weeks in a row.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong technical aptitude and capability of learning complex product solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver training to a wide variety of audiences
  • Ability to absorb product specific training material quickly
  • Works effectively as part of a team or as an individual contributor
  • Self-reliant and able to troubleshoot problem situations with minimal amount of noise
  • Experience with Contact Center and/or Cloud technologies is a strong plus
  • Able to travel up to 35%. Travel can be both domestic and international

Covid-19:
