Job Description

 

Summary:

Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) is software based solution fully integrated to the CIM platform providing economies and powerful recording control via a host of integrations across the suite. GIR has capability to record calls between customer and agent, capture agent screen information while call is in progress and allows for playback and sharing of recordings of a call.

We are seeking for a senior software Engineer who have passion and energy for software development with proven academic record. Candidates should demonstrate traits of the various aspects of design, development and testing of Enterprise Application Products 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing rich, robust applications using state of the art industry techniques
  • Should be able to understand and participate in code reviews for product / cross product dependencies
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
  • Should be able to develop test plans/cases and ensure 100% code coverage with unit/integration testing. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science/IT
  • 6-8 years of software development experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Concepts and design
  • Strong expertise in . Net (VB, C#)
  • Knowledge of DB (SQL Server / Oracle)
  • Knowledge of Microservice and containerization technology
  • Working experience on Azure/AWS is a plus

Covid-19

All hiring and onboarding processes are being conducted remotely at this time. We utilize Zoom video meetings and phone calls during the interview process. We will be working remotely through at least December 31, 2021, in most locations, and we are re-evaluating the opening date of all the Genesys offices on an ongoing basis.
