Job Summary:  

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the global Talent team and own end-to-end recruiting activities for various open jobs. The incumbent will be responsible for open headcount needs and focused on staying within budget hiring top talent while providing best-in class candidate experience.  Other responsibilities involve documenting and tracking all candidate activities in the applicant tracking system. This position will also work closely with a Senior or Lead Talent Acquisition Partner.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Talent Team to recruit for associate to Manager level openings. Assist building pipeline in several talent segments and manage Evergreen requisitions.
  • Work with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand more about open headcount.
  • Review inbound candidates and source passive talent.
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of sourcing strategies.  
  • Follow established process to maintain an exceptional partnership with Hiring Managers.
  • Create best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Manage the hiring process with candidates and leaders in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Work with HRBP or Senior TAP to review and establish competitive salaries and present offers to candidates. 
  • Execute the recruitment plan by partnering with hiring teams to understand hiring goals.
  • Provide passive candidate profiles by using a variety of social sources and employee referrals. 
  • Maintain business relationships with hiring managers through continuous written and oral communication to inform managers about candidates in the pipeline and progress.
  • Identify and qualifies candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews documenting all interactions and processes through applicant tracking system.
  • Engage with HR Business Partner and Senior/Lead TAP keeping them informed of any internal candidates or exceptions requiring additional approvals.
  • Assist with Talent projects as needed.
  • Attendance at local events and community based networking events. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience. 
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in direct search experience sourcing and recruiting highly passive candidates, or candidates with specific niche technologies required. 
  • Experience with a Technology Company a plus. 
  • Proven experience hiring and influencing hiring managers regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing and selection.
  • Strong presence on LinkedIn and various social media sites.
  • Solid experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), complying with EEO processes and maintaining complete candidate tracking information.
  • Diplomacy and confidentiality. 
  • Excellent communication skills, professional presence and attention to detail required.
