We are looking for an applications technical services manager for a hands-on role leveraging past experience to help Genesys internally transform as we continue to evolve our products for our customers. 



  • Manage Netsuite, Oracle HCM, Tableau, Snowflake  and Salesforce related applications for administration activities.
  • Manage Data Security and should be able to work closely with internal and external audit teams.
  • Manage IT SOX controls for all financial systems.
  • Responsible for Global service desk for Application incidents and change management.
  • Support Single Sign on Okta administration.
  • Partner with infrastructure team to manage application services which requires. infrastructure such as Globalscape for sftp.
  • Perform testing of backup strategies to ensure they are effective.
  • Perform database administration related activities for Oracle, SQL, my SQL and other databases.
  • Support SAP and Siebel for administration activities.
  • Identify gaps in monitoring systems, and develop solutions.
  • Incident response for production issues.
  • Manage Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environment configurations.
  • Support development and business teams with tools and ad-hoc projects.
  • Automate on-boarding of new employees and design grants of on-going access of Applications to workforce.


  • 8+ years managing Applications Team and processes.
  • Support 50+ SAAS Applications for administration needs.
  • Experience in working Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Technical liaison with all other business units to understand their requirements and implement solution.
  • Excel in automation scripting, performance tuning and bechmark testing.
  • Expert in databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
  • Experience in SSO technologies like Okta, OneLogin, OAM/OID etc.
  • Experience implementing SOX, Fedramp compliant environments.
  • Deep understanding on Web App servers like Apache/Tomcat, WebLogic, IIS, JBoss.
  • Experience on Managing multiple configuration in multiple deployment environments.
  • Linux and Windows system administration.
  • Continuous delivery, agile, software development life cycles, etc
  • Experience with source control systems such as Github.
  • Ability to learn new technologies in fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering.
