Working closely with the global Total Rewards team, the Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for all compensation and benefits processes and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with Total Rewards Partners and Benefits Managers to analyze data and trends and provide support in evaluation of employee salaries, benchmarking and equitable pay to ensure alignment to overall total rewards strategy
  • Providing support to International HR team regarding compensation and benefits inquiries in EMEA, APAC and LATAM
  • Supports the annual merit increase and year-end bonus processes including the set-up and continuous administration of the online tool, providing support to the business and HR business partners throughout the process and supporting the merit upload and bonus payout process.
  • Prepares special market analysis as requested.
  • Completes compensation, benefit and trend surveys.
  • Create and maintain global benefits database.
  • Assists in the development of job family structures, including writing job documentation. Assists compensation partners in the market evaluation of jobs and review of jobs from a legal compliance and FLSA perspective.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant demonstrated professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations


Desirable Skills:

  • Demonstrated sophisticated analytical and modeling skills
  • Working knowledge of technology solutions, including automated tools and familiarity with HRMS systems
