Location: Manila, Philippines

We’re looking for a top-notch Training Manager to support skill development for our fast growing company.  In this role, you will be part of a growing People Development organization and report to the Global Head of Learning. You would be responsible for leadership development program training, supporting technical, product, and skills focused training activities with the goal of enhancing skills and knowledge in specific business areas. This includes the development of both leadership and business training content. Your strong L&D background allows you to both facilitate of learning and partner with subject matter experts who deliver content. This role also supports local New Hire Program and other local training initiatives.

 

You will work cross-functionally and collaborate to ensure the right training is delivered to the right audience using the right modality at the right time.

 
What You’ll Do

This role will be part of People Development for Genesys and work closely with subject matter experts around the company to identify needs and deliver training & development programs.  In general, you will:

  • Train, facilitate, and localize leadership training content (Level-Up Leadership) to local manager team on a regular basis.
  • Partner closely with HR and Business leaders to assess training needs through consultation, surveys, interviews with employees, & focus groups.
  • Design, plan, organize, or direct local training programs for Genesys employees across APAC.
  • Present training using a variety of instructional techniques, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, etc.
  • Prioritize training programs across multiple audiences.
  • Monitor & evaluate training completion and program effectiveness.
  • Partner with Internal Communications to market training opportunities to increase participation rates.
  • Support day-to-day training priorities and projects and People Development programs globally.
 
 
About You:
  • 5-7 years of experience in training delivery and design.
  • Strong program management skills.
  • Hands-on development, implementation and administration of training programs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning theory and principles.
  • Working knowledge of Kirkpatrick’s levels of evaluation or similar tool.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
