We’re looking for an experienced Visual Designer, responsible for the creation of classroom training and e-learning materials to address the needs of external customers. The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary artist with experience in designing visual assets for a multitude of digital applications. A focus on course development and engaging user experiences is preferred.

Maintains proactive, regular communication about the status of projects and deadlines
Can collaborate and communicate with other team members in a productive way


Key Responsibilities:

Develop visual assets to supplement technical training content for web and video
Develop visual assets to support our Marketing and Development teams
Create instructional course templates, with emphasis on video and graphics
Integrate research, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve products and enhance the user experience
Deliver projects quickly, and iteratively, in an agile environment
Edit own projects and conduct quality checks for technical issues
Collaborate with other team members on larger projects as needed
Maintain consistency with Genesys / Genesys Beyond branding guidelines


Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience working in a creative environment, building engaging and innovative graphics and user experiences.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Self-starter, comfortable making decisions regarding projects
Excellent time management skills to deliver quality content on schedule
A strong portfolio with design and illustration examples
Software expertise:
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop specifically)
Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
